Piano

Hailing from upstate NY, Rebecca is a classical pianist whose love of music began at an early age. Her early endeavors ranged from violin lessons to the world-renowned Jacaranda Children's Choir before finally settling on piano. She began her formal education at SUNY Schenectady where she majored in Piano Performance and graduated with high honors at the age of 18. She continued on to the conservatory at SUNY Purchase where she earned her Bachelor’s degree, studying under Stephanie Brown and graduating again with high honors.

During this time, Rebecca remained active as a solo performer, accompanist, music theory tutor, and piano teacher. She continues all of these to this day. Rebecca enjoys working with students of all ages and backgrounds, finding the approach to the piano that works best for them and allows them to achieve their goals. She strives to help each of her students grow in their understanding and love of music.
